The Vertical Agitated Thin Film Evaporator TFE/P & P-HV consists of a cylindrical, heated, vertical vessel and a high-speed rotor that maintain a film of product against the wall in highly turbulent conditions, a distributor mounted in front of the inlet of the product and a dynamic droplet separator.

Suited for vacuum from 1-2 mbar abs to the atmosphere, or positive pressure
Contacting hinged movable wiper blades
The rotor features hinged blades sliding in contact with the heated surface
Streams with high solids and fouling products, up to crystallization and drying
High concentration ratios
Patented execution for high viscosity applications (type PHV), combining movable blades and fixed toothed blades
Top bearing is a grease lubricated sturdy roller bearing
Bottom pillow is normally a sleeve bearing, working into the process atmosphere, with several lubrication options, but we can supply needle bearings also, with sealing from the process side
