ZENITH B9000

PRECISE, PULSELESS, REPEATABLE METERED FLOW CONTROL

The B9000 series metering pump is used with a range of fluids for general chemical duty applications and offer engineers and operators accurate, repeatable pulse free flow in a compact design.

Flow rates up to 27,000 cc/min. MOC: 400 Series Stainless Steel. Outlet Pressure up to 1000 psi. Max Operating Temperature: 645F. Fluid Properties / Lubricity Compatibility: Viscosity is good to excellent, mildly corrosive (1 cps or greater)

TECHNOLOGY THAT WORKS FOR YOU

The design utilizes high AGMA standard external spur gears enclosed within a close tolerance housing assembly. This provides you the precise volume of fluid dispensed per shaft revolution.

The housing is constructed from a precision ground and lapped three-plate assembly. This assembly is aligned with dowels to allow close control of operating clearances. This construction method in combination with several proprietary internal features is what ensures precise, pulseless and reliable flow under varying process conditions. When Zenith pumps are coupled with a pre-packaged, integrated, closed-loop speed control and a compact motor driver assembly (AC or DC), Zenith is able to provide the most precise and flexible metering gear pump system on the market.

OPTIONAL MAG DRIVE

The B-9000 is available with a magnetic drive (mag-drive) sealing option. Mag-drives can eliminate shaft leakage of fluids, increasing plant safety and reduces VOC emissions and seal failures. The magnetic coupling feature also reduces downtime due to excessive mechanical seal failures and eliminates the need for buffer fluids.

OPTIONAL SUBMERSIBLE

The 9000 series is also offered in a submersible design. The submersible model does not have a shaft seal and the gear plate is notched.

Each model can be further customized to meet your operating conditions. Please contact us to discuss your process requirements.
